Prenatal Yoga
Our 6 week prenatal yoga course is designed for active pregnant women in Canberra. Our classes are physically challenging to keep you feeling strong, but always practiced in a careful and modified way to keep you and your baby safe.
Staying active during pregnancy is really important for physical and mental wellbeing, and learning how to move in a way that accommodates your changing body is nothing short of empowering. We know first hand how your growing belly can lead to new aches, pains and sensitivities, so we keep our classes focussed on stretching and strengthening key areas of the body impacted by pregnancy to keep you feeling like the best version of yourself.
Most importantly, all of our classes include breath work and mindfulness activities to nurture a healthy state of mind in this very special time of your life. We teach simple and effective breathing techniques that facilitate a calmer state of being and can be an important part of your tool kit for achieving a positive birth experience and an easeful motherhood journey. Our mindfulness activities will help you to tune into your body, release anxiety and worries, and connect deeply with your baby and this amazing journey of pregnancy.
We believe consistency is key for healthy bodies and minds so to help you make the most of your prenatal yoga journey we provide member only access to our online content.
