What to expect
Our 6-week prenatal yoga course is perfect for active pregnant women. Many of our mums practice multiple terms with us right up until their baby is born.
Movement
The movements we practice will challenge your body to keep you feeling strong, and stretch and open areas of your body most affected by pregnancy. This will help you feel your best as your body changes and assist your baby to move into an optimal birthing position.
Breathing and mindfulness
Our classes also include breathing exercises and mindfulness activities. We teach a simple and effective breathing technique that regulates your body and mind and will support you through pregnancy, birth and into your motherhood journey. Our mindfulness activities will help you to tune into your body, release anxiety and worries, and connect deeply with your baby.
Education
Each class we give you key information to prepare you for birth and postpartum. Topics covered include creating a positive mindset, preparing for birth, protecting your fourth trimester and tapping into support services.
